Cancelation policy:
For cancellations for short stay accommodation the customer would be liable for one nights accommodation. For cancellations for long stay or lease accommodation or agreements the customer would need to pay out 3 months rent which would be calculated on per calender month basis. Any damages to fixtures fittings and furniture within the property and its proximities would be the liability of the guest / customer that has booked the property during the specified duration. The customer / guest would also need to ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times during the stay at the property. There will be a cleaning and maintenance fee of $180.00 upon checking out of the property - This amount is payable in cash only. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
