Above Bored Bed and Breakfast is a unique AAA 4 star rated 1927 Federation home and cottage in a quiet, yet centrally located, street.

The en-suited Master Bedroom features original art and 1927 features, air conditioning, gas log fire heating and paved off-street parking on the property verge, stained glass bedside lamps, French doors leading to private courtyard - a gorgeous room.

No smoking inside, but there are nice areas and outside settings for smokers.

The King bedroom can be made into Twin singles if required and can accommodate an extra single bed if needed. It has an amazing underwater fresco ceiling in its hallway bathroom, just two steps from the bedroom door.

The Master and the King bedrooms are spacious and luxurious and they share a large lounge dining room with gas log open fireplace where guests have their breakfast.

The en-suited Garden room is self contained in a cottage in the lovely back gardens, with gas BBQ, fish pond and hammock. This Parisian inspired room receives breakfast on the first day, and weekly room cleaning and linen changes. It has its own kitchenette with dishwasher and 2 fridges, and a remote controlled garage.

The Master and King bedrooms have free paved off-street parking on site and the Garden room has its own remote controlled garage, also free and on site.

Extra guest details:
The Master bedroom has a queen bed so parents of small children can have them in their bed at the price for two adults. However, should you request an extra single bed in the room as a third person, this will add $30.00 per night including breakfast. The same applies to the King bedroom which has a big 3 pillow wide king bed, and the Garden room does not have an extra single bed facility, so this option is not available in that room, but an extra child can sleep in its queen bed with parents if required. We do not supply portacots but do not object to you bringing or hiring your own.

Cancelation policy:
If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
