Car parking instructions:
Parking is on the front of the property, 2 under cover, 2-3 on the driveway and a small boat can be accommodated.

Cancelation policy:
1 night non refundable for weekends & High Season. For cancellation of peak season less than 21 days non refundable. All credit cards accepted. Long term hire or short term hire available. Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre. PUBLIC LIABILITY STATEMENT: Please note that this booking is a direct booking arrangement between you as the Customer and the Service Provider. The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. To the fullest extent permissible at law, the City of Mandurah disclaims any liability should you not be satisfied with the venue or arrangements or in the event of any disputes relating to the booking. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
