The Gatehouse at Villa Raedward is ideally located in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by many wonderful wineries, great restaurants and food purveyors, and exciting things to do like skydiving and hot air ballooning. Alternately, you can just relax, chill-out with an in-suite massage and enjoy the views and the country air.
Two spacious, architecturally designed, contemporary, self-contained suites in a semi-formal garden setting away from the owners' Italianate villa residence. Each suite has its own carport, patio with garden and Yarra Valley views and private entrance. Inside there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room and a separate queen bedroom. Each suite also has a sensational marble bathroom with large shower and a double spa looking into a peaceful Japanese or fernery garden. Breakfast provisions are lavish and a bottle of Yarra Valley bubbly and local chocolates are included for your pleasure along with Fluffy bathrobes, slippers, a wide range of current magazines, an extensive DVD library and much more for your enjoyment.

Reception is in the main residence at the top of the driveway. Hours are 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Extra guest details:
Extra guests can be accommodated with the addition of a portable queen bed in a suite at a cost of $100 for one and $150 for two guests. Unfortunately we are not set-up for children. Babies and infants are free however we do not have separate bedding for them.
Cancelation policy:
If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 0 - 1 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.If amended 7 - 7 days before arrival, a $25.00 amendment fee will be charged

Travel Directions
- From Melbourne take the Melba Highway fork after passing through Coldstream and continue about two kilometres
- You will come to the Yering Primary School at the top of the second rise
- We are located on the other side going towards Yarra Glen, just next to the school
- The entrance to the property is down the hill on the right
- Turn right and sharp right to go up our driveway to our reception in the house at the top of the drive
- If you are coming along the Melba Highway through Yarra Glen, we are some 4-5 kilometres out of Yarra Glen towards Coldstream, on the left, just past the Aldente Cooking School at The Oaks Winery (on the right)
