Beachfront Moreton Island Holiday House

The house is kept clean and tidy, not top of the range, but has all of what you need for your next holiday. Track out the front down to the cleanest, blue coloured water you could want. 26klm from Brisbane, yet you feel like you are in Fiji, great fishing, snorkling, swimming, sand tabogganing, whale watching, walks and 4wdriving. The house includes - 2 x full size 220 litre fridge / freezers Full size gas stove with oven, solar hot water with gas backup, colour television radio/cd player, BBQ (gas) 240v solar power throughout (no noisy generators), Electric fans available for those hot nights, shower and toilet and all cooking utensils You will need to bring linen, pillows, blankets (winter only), towels, teatowels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, scourer and matches. The house sleeps 11 with 3 double beds and 5 single beds. One of the double beds is a futon sofa with a single on top situated in the lounge area, while the other beds are in 3 separate bedrooms. Doonas are supplied. There is a large living area, a spacious kitchen area and 2 relaxing patio areas. Fish cleaning table for the fishermen, the house has no washing machine, does have tubs for hand washing and cloths line. If staying for more than a week we can organise a washing machine to be available for a small extra cost.
Bulwer has a small shop, garage and bait and tackle. Best to take all your food with you and bread and milk can be purchased at the shop.
Linen is available and can be hired and paid to our caretaker, this needs to be organised prior to booked dates, our contact details will be on your confirmation email.
Before making any booking please check you can get your vehicle on the barge.

Car parking instructions:
The house has plenty of room for vehicles and boat parking at the rear of property.

Check-in instructions:
Check in between 10 & 12 by prior arrangement. Please email us your arrival time. (contact details n confirmation email)
Check out 10am
Key will be in door on arrival and would like key left in door on departure please.
Caretaker lives 100 metres away and is available for any problems.

Extra guest details:
Price quoted is for up to 8 guests per night, as the house sleeps 11, more than 8 staying are charged
Children up to 14 years old are $15.00 per night
Adults are $25.00 per night
Extra payment can be payed to caretaker

Cancelation policy:
If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 8 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.
